Z–Cut Diamonds for processing Zirconia


The NTI rotary diamond instruments for processing zirconia have been tailored to the special properties of the material. These instruments facilitate the processing of zirconia in dental practice and the dental laboratory. The Z-Cut diamond instruments are available in bud, egg, round, taper, torpedo and palatinal shapes, in up to 4 grit sizes. The selected shapes and sizes of the special instruments for zirconia can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as trimming, contouring, trepaning, processing of zirconia abutments and crown cutting.

Based on the extreme hardness of the material zirconia NTI developed a special bonding for these diamond burs. It guarantees a very long lifetime of the rotary instruments when processing zirconia.
