A. Data gathering
We gather data upon initiation, conclusion, processing and rescission of sales contracts. The relevant data are gathered, stored and processed by us.
On our website you can apply online for vacancies and internships. The data made available for this purpose are gathered, stored and processed by us.
Your visit to our website is recorded. Gathered in the main are the current IP address used by your PC, date and time, type of browser and the operating system of your PC as well as the sites visited by you. A personal reference is usually not possible and also not intended.
B. Use and transmission of data
The personal data you make available to us in connection with a purchase order, application or by email, for example (such as your name and address or your email address) will solely be processed for correspondence and the purpose you have made the data available for.
We disclose your data in case of purchase orders to the mail order firm commissioned with the delivery to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. For payment transactions we pass on your payment details to the credit institution in charge with the payment.
We hereby declare not to disclose your personal data to any third party unless we are required to do so by law or we have obtained your prior consent. As far as we cooperate with service providers in terms of procedures and handling of data processing, the contractual relationship shall be governed by the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
C. Consent and revocation
If you have provided personal data, you may delete the same at any time. Data relating to billing and accounting shall not be affected by a cancellation/revocation and deletion respectively.
D. Storage period
Personal data made available to us through our website will only be stored until the purpose for which they were entrusted has been served.
If no job or internship can be offered within the framework of an application process, your data will be deleted not later than 2 months after the application process has ended.
As far as storage periods under commercial and tax law have to be observed, the storage period of certain data may be up to 10 years.
E. Customer account
When you open up a customer account you agree your master data, such as name, address, email address and bank details as well as your usage data (user name, password) being stored. It will thus be possible for you to order with your email address or your customer number and your personal password.
For this we will obtain the following consent:

I. YouTube videos
Videos of the You Tube platform are embedded in our website. It is a plugin of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (YouTube), a subsidiary of the Google Group.
Upon demand of the videos data are transmitted to YouTube and Google resp. Among other things the doubleclick cookie is retrieved. To minimize the data transmitted to Google, we use the extended data protection mode of YouTube, however. In addition to that a two-click solution has been implemented by us. It loads up the videos not before you have activated them via a link. Thus, the data will not be transmitted before you actually watch a video and have consented to the transmission.
